Senior Product Manager, Partner Products Integration Platform – Irvine, CA

About the team Growing and nurturing a high-quality network of Premier Agent partners is key to Zillow’s ability to help home buyers and sellers unlock life’s next chapter. Zillow’s Partner Product team ensures a seamless end-to-end experience for our agent partners by defining and building the tools that enable our partners to productively manage their relationships with our customers and their partnership with Zillow. We partner with marketing, sales, operations and technical teams across Zillow to build and maintain an end-to-end partner product experience. This includes agent onboarding, team management, lead management and transaction management, and campaign/growth management. This partner experience is delivered via an integrated technology stack consisting of 1st party, 2nd party and 3rd party software tools that work seamlessly together. About the role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help define and build out the integration platform that will ensure seamless information flow between Zillow and the 3rd party software tools our Agent partners use to manage their business and customer relationships. This information flow will provide real-time visibility into our joint customers’ home shopping and transaction experience as well as the insights needed to help our customers find, win and close on their next home. The ideal product managers for this role is familiar with enterprise data architecture, API technologies and the needs of software developers. Success for this platform will require a PM who can simultaneously think about (1) the experience for internal Zillow teams building and maintaining APIs for external partners, (2) the experience for developers that work for our 3rd party software partners integrating with our APIs, and (3) our Premier Agent Partners looking for increased value by sharing data between our two software tools. Success in the role requires operating effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels to ensure we build and maintain a platform that is secure, easy to onboard onto, easy to maintain, reliable and delivers the data and tools needed to optimize our partner and customer experiences. You Will Get To: Define the roadmap informed by company strategy, partner and customer insight, industry dynamics, and the technology landscape, in partnership with product and business leadership Partner effectively with user research, design and engineering to drive feature delivery for Premier Agent products, balancing customer needs with business priorities and ensuring high reliability. Be the go to voice for your product area and a vocal evangelist for Premier Agent initiatives across Zillow as you partner across the organization to deliver a cohesive experience. Use product metrics to inform business decisions, uncover product opportunities and evaluate success. Partner with data science and analytics teams to run quantitative experiments and analysis to test hypotheses and iteratively develop product capabilities. Collaborate with product marketing and senior management to ensure effective communication and messaging of product enhancements to drive adoption and engagement. This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $137,100.00 – $218,900.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Who you are 5 years of end-to-end product management experience A highly analytical person who uses data to determine product strategy, roadmap and trade-offs in product development. Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to evaluate the upstream and downstream strengths and weakness of product approaches and proposals.
