The Senior Project Manager performs business development and project management activities, including proposal development and project delivery.

This work includes deployment, operations and maintenance of traffic management systems while maintaining the highest levels of service and support to our customers.

DUTIES: Business development including opportunity identification, qualification, bid/proposal development, and capture.

Lead business development activities including opportunity identification, qualification, bid/proposal development, pricing and capture.

Responsible for meeting with agencies and presenting the capabilities and products of Econolite Systems to key agency personnel.

Responsible for being the primary point-of-contact, from the field on all project pursuits within the region; they will assist with the formation of project teams, analyze requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), generate proposals, estimate project scopes, and provide project management support for specific contracts.

Responsible to provide project management and senior technical leadership to the management of project outcomes in accordance with contract scope, schedule, budget and contract terms.

Support bid and proposal preparation Lead the building and maintaining good customer relationships and high customer satisfaction Review bid and proposal requirements and specifications and assist in the development of technical proposal responses including estimates of technical development and integration including material and subcontract content Project management including performance to schedule and budget, contract compliance, customer management.

Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration with other P&L managers across Systems to support profitable growth throughout the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· BS or higher degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or applicable field.

· 7+ years of experience in technology business development or engineering consulting, with strong preference given to experience within the ITS industry.

· Proven project management experience
