Supply Chain Manager

An exciting and fast-growing auto enthusiast business is adding to their growing team and seeks a “Supply Chain Manager”, to support their global supply base. Bi-lingual candidate, English and Mandarin strongly preferred.

EMPI, Inc. in Anaheim, CA manufactures automotive replacement and high-performance parts for Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche vehicles under leading brands EMPI, 034Motorsport, JayCee and Bugpack. The company is made up of automotive enthusiasts dedicated to delighting customers with parts that deliver quality, speed and innovation. We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our high performing team.

The Supply Chain Manager has a responsibility for managing a complex supply chain from factories in North America, Asia, Mexico, Brazil and Europe supplying over 10,000 sku’s.

Responsibilities include: Supplier performance to committed lead time, inventory replenishment plan, optimized inventory levels and container delivery plans. Also, responsible to develop and maintain appropriate metrics, lead process and system improvements for the Group companies.

In addition, the Supply Chain Manager must communicate expectations to the suppliers and logistics providers, so he/she must have great communication skills and have attention to detail.

This is a strategic position that reports to the VP of Global Sourcing.
